Events: 

We believe in safety first. In case of extenuating circumstances like unavoidable weather (T8, black rain for Hong Kong) or conditions where travelling to our events is unsafe, we will issue a refund or a reschedule for the same event at a later date. Otherwise, unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Digital Products:

All of our digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable. We ask you to please refrain sharing these with others also, as this goes against our Buyers’ Terms and Conditions policy.

Services:

We understand that life happens. Upon booking, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date on our calendar. If you need to reschedule, we do our best to move your deposit to a new date, subject to our availability. 

To ensure full flexibility on cancellations and refunds, we ask that all communications regarding rescheduling are done seven days or more prior to the event date. 

We do not offer refunds on certain items that we offer and we will state this during the consultation phase. For example, we do not offer refunds and returns on ‘Bachelor(ette) Gifting’ or ‘Wedding Merchandise / Gifting’ as these products are curated from different vendors specifically for you. 

Travel Itineraries:

If you need to reschedule or cancel a trip booked through us because of personal emergencies/matters, we ask that you communicate this with us as far in advance as possible. We will offer flexibility wherever possible from our side; however, as travel is booked through third-party vendors, we cannot guarantee a refund.
